Kristoffer Krogh Grimstad works primarily with company law and contract law, with main focus on advice and negotiations on a wide range of M&A activities and commercial contracts. He has in-depth experience of the renewable energy sector and the regulatory framework relevant for investments in hydropower, wind power, district heating and other related infrastructure. Kristoffer also advices on disputes and representation at relevant authorities and courts.
