Helge M. Svarva has extensive litigation experience from both his time at the Office of the Attorney General and his time at Wiersholm.   • Mr. Svarva is head of Wiersholm's team in an extensive dispute between to international companies in the offshore market. The amount of dispute is approximately NOK 1 billion.
  • Mr. Svarva was head of Wiersholm's team in the dispute between Konsortiet AF/Kruger and the municipality of Oslo regarding the construction of Oset water treatment facility. The amount of dispute was several hundreds of millions of NOK, and the main hearing was scheduled over a period of 8 weeks. The case was settled through successful out-of-court mediation.
