Håkon Marius Mørch

Håkon primarily works with national and international corporate tax law. He assists Norwegian and foreign companies across various industries with general legal advice, transaction-related matters, and dispute resolution, including both litigation and administrative cases.

Håkon also regularly assists companies with transfer pricing, including questions related to the development of price models, preparation of intra-group agreements and transfer pricing documentation, in addition to handling disputes with the tax authorities.
