  • Assistance to Hurtigruten ASA in the offer from Silk Bidco AS to purchase all of the shares in the company. The offer price valued the total share capital in Hurtigruten to approximately NOK 2,940 million.
  • Assistance to Goldman Sachs International and ABG Sundal Collier in the IPO and listing of XXL ASA at the Oslo stock exchange. Upon listing, the total share capital in XXL ASA was valued at approximately NOK 8,000 million.
