On 1 January 2017, Kristian Martin Lind and Kristine Hasle Øverby entered the Wiersholm partnership. Both of them have long service at our firm.

Kristian Martin Lind started as an associate in 2007, became a senior associate in 2010, was seconded to Slaughter and May in 2010-2011 and became a managing associate in 2013. Kristian advises clients operating or having interests in the trade, technology and oil and gas industry. He specialises in M&A, restructuring processes and general corporate law, and he has extensive experience in negotiating and setting up cross-border joint ventures and other business combinations between shareholders.

Kristine Hasle Øverby started as an associated in 2005, became a senior associate in 2009 and a managing associate in 2012. Kristine specialises in the business areas of banking, finance and shipping, mainly in international transactions. She also has expertise in M&A and general corporate law. Kristine is ranked as “up-and-coming” in Banking & Finance in Finansavisen’s annual survey. She is also ranked among “associates to watch” in maritime law by Chambers Europe.

The new partners will be important contributors to Wiersholm’s expertise and competitive force in the years to come.
