  • Mr. Blaker litigated an insurance dispute on behalf of the listed contracting company AF Gruppen ASA following the damage that occurred when lifting the battleship Murmansk, which ran aground at Sørøya in Finnmark. The amount of dispute was NOK 130 million.
  • Mr. Blaker assisted Zurich Forsikring in connection with a lawyers' liability case. The possible claim under the liability insurance was NOK 1,000 million.
