Dina Brask is specializing in intellectual property law and related areas, including patent law, trademark law, copyright law and marketing law. She particularly advises clients in technical industries, covering offshore technology, digital technology and biotechnology.

Brask has a particular focus on IPR related dispute resolution. She has been a part of Wiersholm's team in several major disputes, relating to inter alia validity and infringement of patents for oil service technology and pharmaceuticals, validity, infringement and degeneration of trademarks, infringement of copyrights for software, violation of non-compete obligations and misuse of business secrets.

Brask is also frequently assisting clients in connection with contract drafting and negotiations, licensing of technology and knowhow, development of strategies for IPR protection and enforcement, R&D collaborations and freedom to operate analyses.

Further, Brask provides advice relating to the regulatory framework for the biotech and medtech industries. This includes the regulatory requirements for development and marketing of pharmaceuticals and medical devices.
