ICLG Competition Litigation 2016

Wiersholm has contributed the chapter on Norwegian law in The International Comparative Legal Guide to Competition Litigation 2016.

The guide aims to give a practical cross-border insight into competition litigation work. All chapters are written by leading competition litigation lawyers and industry specialists.

The chapter on Norway is written by Wiersholm's lawyers, Anders Ryssdal and Monica Hilseth-Hartwig, and deals with issues such as the scope of claims that may be brought in Norway for breach of competition law, interim remedies, the standard of proof, timing, settlement, costs, appeal, leniency and anticipated reforms.

The Norway chapter is available to download here.
